Software Tester: I meet with the customer to know the objective of new projects, work with software developers, project planning, perform tests in different environments (Web and Mobile), write failure points and improvements, provide quality assurance, present results to software development project teams and the customer
Customer Service: I Provide customer service to be able to support any questions about the use and management of the software.
