Supervisor of all communication systems operations for an organization with over 750 members. Responsibilities include the successful deployment of tactical communication systems in multi-national environments, management of Office365 applications, IT Trouble ticket submissions and resolution on ServiceNow platform, and utilization of virtual desktop infrastructure (VMware Horizon). Direct supervisor of eleven personnel.

• Developed an IT trouble ticket management plan as the lead IT Office for over 750 users, utilizing ServiceNow for the efficient resolution of all IT requests.
• Implemented a lifecycle management plan for tactical communication systems, resulting in the successful upgrade of 40 pieces of communications equipment and training for over 20 communication systems soldiers.
• Coordinated and developed the communications plan for 11 multinational joint training exercises and 3 real world missions; services included tactical radio communication and IP Services via commercial providers and tactical nodes.
• Trained and developed the Expeditionary Tactical Communications Team which responded to various Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief crises across Central America and the Caribbean without loss or degradation of communication services.

Operations officer and second in command of a Signal, Intelligence, and Sustainment Company consisting of 250 personnel, 80 pieces of transportation equipment, and $60 million in communication, intelligence, and mission support assets. Managed all administrative, maintenance, logistics, and training support functions of the company.

• Developed and supervised a maintenance program for over 2,000 different equipment inspections and services that resulted in the organization achieving the highest operational readiness rating in the battalion during deployment to Poland.
• Coordinated recovery and redeployment of all equipment valued at $60 million from Boleslawiec, Poland to Fort Riley, Kansas without any loss of property.
• Coordinated and oversaw the company’s life cycle management of 15 HV/AC trailers, receiving new equipment to support operations and conducting training for over 50 service members.
• Rated as the number 2 of 7 lieutenants on annual performance report; recommended for accelerated promotion.

Led a signal platoon comprised of 20 members and outfitted with $5 million in equipment. Planned, coordinated, and conducted a comprehensive training program to prepare organization for a variety of operations. Developed and mentored platoon members to forge a strong tactical communication infrastructure. Developed and led tactical communications operations while on rotation in Poland.

• Supervised, developed, and executed the Division Tactical Command Post communication plan, ensuring proper operation of 5 unique communication systems.
• Coordinated the multinational use of Biedrusko Military Base, Poland for the storage and maintenance of over 100 combat vehicles resulting in an increase of operational readiness and combat posture for the Battalion.
• Rated as the number 2 of 7 lieutenants on annual performance report; recommended for accelerated promotion.
