Summary

I have over 30 years of employment experience, with an ascending career in a multilateral banking. Working in various positions has allowed me to develop capabilities in corporate procurement, administrative services, corporate travel management, security, budget management, real state and facilities management, and execution of infrastructure projects. In recent years, I was in charge of building constructions, remodeling and adaptations of facilities for the establishment of representative offices in Central and South America, Asia and Spain.


Working in different positions has taught me to be an organized professional, managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude, utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. I have developed the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

Manage the real estate projects, institutional acquisitions, and administrative services provided both at headquarters and country representative offices, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies, and ensuring the bank’s best interests.


Duties and Accountabilities

  • Manage the processes of acquisition and contracting of goods, services, and consultancies, ensuring the correct application of internal policies and the efficient use of available resources. These procurements also include consultancies relating to technical cooperations given for the bank to its ‘member countries.
  • Design and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the bank´s facilities: electrical energy, drinking water, air conditioning, communications, cleaning, gardening, among others.
  • Lead the actions and programs aimed at reducing the impact of the facilities’ operation on the environment, through the management and monitoring of operating expenses and the environmental plans.
  • Design security and protection programs, aimed at promptly detecting threats and preventing damage to people’s integrity, or damage or loss to the facilities, assets, or institutional information.
  • Manage the administrative services, among them: Travel agency, events and protocol, logistic, transportation, immigration paperwork for the international bank´s employees, and courier support services (correspondence, inactive files, telephony, reception, among others)
  • Manage the real estate acquisitions for the establishment of the bank´s new representative offices, including construction of new buildings, remodeling of facilities, and operation.
  • CABEI´s social club management.
  • Manage the bank´s extraordinary assets obtained as a result of non-payment of borrowers.
