Debt Collector for Insurance campaign. My role, was to make outbound calls as a provider to USA Insurances and collect payment and patients infomation. Make sure and verify those Insurance had pay the bills, request billing details and update patients information on the system.

• Provide the best customer service experience through telephone calls to each of the American policy holders who called us. Giving information about their medical health insurance with “Humana”, bills, plan information, doctors, appointments, making sure to have empathy with each of them.
• First year working on site , by 2024 was chosen to be one of the candidates to Work from Home and my role was the same, with the difference that by that time was Tier 4 and taking spanish and english calls.

• Responsible for representing and advising clients who came seeking help for domestic and family violence, legal support to their children, and always making sure to offer the best care to each of them.

• Responsible for representing the construction company in the entire legal area from construction permissions to carrying out the deeds for the construction company's respective notaries. Construction procedures, legal advice for each of the clients who came to request information on land, finances, investment, among others.
