Successfully managed a 450+, including exempts, indirect and direct associates, facility producing seasonal jackets for The North Face, Timberland & Red Kap to go from being the least productive plant in manufacturing to become the model plant in 18 months.
Redesigned the operational work flow process to maximize the day shift productivity and increased plant efficiency by 28%, eliminated sub standard garments from 6% to 0%, and improved service from from 72% to 100% On Time Shipments.
Saved over $1.5MM in 12 months by initiating and leading the transition from progressive bundle production to a modular system.
