- Migration of all the conglomerate websites to NextJs
- Improved load times and performance of the websites by 50%
- Optimized Seo and brand visibility increasing the monthly visitor
- Applied user experience techniques on internal Crm development, improving user understanding of app and reducing long times of users filling up information
- Implementations of the Crm system across all the companies of the conglomerate, as a team we implemented 7 versions for the different companies of the group
- Connection of the Crm with Sap Business one through Sap Service Layer, helping the company saving costs in Sap licenses
- Started leading the project for an internal development for cost control of the projects of the construction company
- After my arrival I helped the team by me getting in charge of talking with the internal customers and the understanding of the requirement and making sure everything was done for the customers needs
- Launched with the team, the cost control app that has been in production environment for around 7 months already having a big impact in the full control of what the projects are projecting to spend and what they are really spending on
- Worked in the continuous improvement of the app and started working on a new requirement, this was for the planning and timeline module of the app, after the success of the cost module we continued to improve on it
- Entered the team of one Crm that was completely different from the others for the Real estate company of the group, this one was totally different and had many bugs and features pending to be made for a development in production
- Helped the team release all the features missing and left the project in a balanced position
- Helped the development team in the migration of all the frontend projects from VPS to vercel
- This improved the productivity and scalability of the projects
- In general I started as frontend dev, however as I made my way through the projects and trying to leave my mark in each one of them, I started to get more responsibility and having a bigger impact on the team
- It was a great experience to do so
