Unsatisfied customers would replace Old Pinewood Cabinets with new ones; due to knots bleeding through paint. Solved problem by applying Shellac-based primer on all wooden knots. Then, alkyd paint was applied to cabinets. Saved $3,000.00 and generated additional business for employers.

Used dry roller covers on freshly sprayed surfaces and spread paint evenly - increasing productivity, reducing payroll costs from $30.50 to about $12.20, and increasing profit up to $48.80 for daily workers. Employers charge $61.00 per day for each worker.

• After working in United States for many years and returning to Honduras (native country), adjusted painting techniques to work at same level as other team workers.
• Erected scaffoldings for Staining Wood Soffits, Corbels and wooden Gazebos.
• Prepared Fascia Wood Trim by Spackling, Caulking and Priming surface.
• Used Polyurethane caulks to seal between window frames and stucco walls returns to provide waterproofing.

Operated airless spray painting machine; applied two coats of alkyd paint on surfaces' mouldings and let them dry. Saved $2,000.00 in labor costs. Customers were delighted with positive results, resulting in referrals.

• Prepared areas before starting jobs by removing hanging chandeliers and all switch and outlet plate covers. as well as protecting floors and Furniture using plastic and drop cloth.
