I have gained extensive advisory experience on SOX compliance, internal controls, internal audit, risk management and compliance review.

In 2022, I was part of the advisory team for Vinfast on SOX compliance towards your IPO. I performed the followings:

• Support with development of risk and control matrix, flowchart and narrative for key business processes;
• Support to establish relevant guidance on design of process documents, testing and others.

Other selective experience includes:

• Advisory on SOX compliance for different clients in various industries: review and refine RCM, narrative and flowcharts, selective testing of control effectiveness; develop segregation of duties for key processes.
• Internal audits: to conduct testing of control effectiveness for key business processes

• Preparing financial audit statements on a periodic basis;
• Preparing compliance reports as required under local regulations on profit and loss, credit rating status, lending balance;
• Perform variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Perform audit under local regulations and international standards. This includes exposure to all operating sections of a company
