A couple of other volunteers and I spend weekends in different parts of the island (Flowers Bay, Coxen Hole, and Dixon Cove), taking long walks while collecting garbage and cleaning the streets and sidewalks. Some of the activities include:

  • Improving the local environment through regular neighborhood cleanups and beautification projects.
  • Picking up litter and waste from streets, sidewalks, and parks.
  • Separating recyclable materials whenever possible.

I gather at this church along with my family. So for a while now, I have been volunteering in many of the activities that are organized there. Some of them are:
