• Management, request and compilation of the necessary institutional and sectoral information applicable to rights, populations and territory;
• Processing of statistical databases to update the website of the Human Rights Observatory in Figures;
• Development of digital tools for the collection of information;
• Elaboration of information analysis, generating proposals for internal decision makers;
•Preparation of specific work reports; and
• Execution of other assigned activities.

• Process-based institutional development; surveying, identification of inputs and outputs, definition of stages and activities, control tools, simplification of processes, schedules and work plans, development and monitoring of risk mitigation activities, design and preparation of flowcharts, automation, standardization and process improvements;
• Preparation and formulation of the Annual Operating Plan and Implementation and follow-up of the Institutional Internal Control Implementation Plan;
• Execution of institutional processes in the Integrated Financial Administration System (SIAFI-GES), loading of the POA, Reformulation of the POA, Quarterly evaluation of the execution of the POA and Budget Modifications;
• Support in the implementation of socialization and training workshops aimed at planning guarantors for the formulation and execution of the POA; and,
• Carry out necessary technical opinions related to compliance and non-compliance with indicators of the planning and management by results of the POA.

● Active participation in all issues assigned to Logistics Management, to identify the problem and its possible solutions, as well as in the definition of the strategic direction and programming of the identified interventions;
● Management of the information of the Logistics Management and the other elements necessary to contribute to the decision-making that lead to the strengthening of the sales centers and the projects of the institution and other business models;

● Management of adjustments to existing logistics processes in order to improve them, from the perspective of the supply, storage and distribution of products for sales centers and projects, as well as their optimization;
● Management of the documentation required for the implementation of the processes of the Logistics Management;

Coordination of the correct execution of Agreement No.80-SEDIS-BANASUPRO, including, among others, activities the supervision of the processes of product inputs and outputs, inventory controls in warehouses and other production and logistics activities; and,
● Analysis of payments to suppliers of the institution related to the activities assigned by the General Management.

● Coordinate projects and management of seasonal fleets;
● Survey of administrative and operational processes;
● General diagnosis of the supply chain;
● Internal process improvement plan; and
● Other activities and tasks assigned.
