As an architect at BAC Honduras, I've honed my skills through collaborations with US-based firms operating in Latin America, such as GENSLER, where I've spearheaded projects recognized globally for their top-tier interior design tailored for corporate offices. My expertise spans the end-to-end management of projects, from conceptualization to final delivery, showcasing adept resource management and adherence to timelines. Moreover, I've conceptualized and executed architectural renovation projects for branches and corporate buildings in Honduras, ensuring their quality and sustainability through the implementation of warranties and property maintenance strategies. My role necessitates close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure the success of each endeavor.

At HOVER, I gained invaluable skills in agile 3D modeling using SketchUP, allowing me to proficiently model a diverse range of structures, from single-family homes to multi-family residences, as well as educational complexes or commercial centers. Leveraging smartphone photos, HOVER's technology facilitated the creation of fully measured and customizable 3D models, empowering me to confidently estimate projects and provide clients with vivid visualizations of the final outcome.
