Summary

In my professional life I have gained experience in several areas, among them finance and operations, but the area of my interest and strength has been Human Resources, an important area in any company that manages personnel, where the specific interest is to achieve a balance between the identification of the personnel to be hired, their induction at work, their welfare, their orientation in their work performance, implementation of internal policies and regulations so that they are able to perform their duties in the best possible way.

1.-Management of the HR Area, ensuring the implementation of HR Strategies, policies, and policies according to the organization goals.

The Human Resource area was organized from scratch,since the mentioned area was not formally formed before(Previously managed by the Operations Manager). A general Diagnosis was carried out, with the different departments,individual meetings with staff, review of existing processes, type of contracts, recruitment processes, international(national) policies, employee files, among others. Carrying a transparent and confidential process.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Management and administration of the Human Resource Area with the responsibility of restructuring the HR Area within the Organization.
  • Implementation a new procedures, policies and practices linked with the HR department at the Headquarter(Little Rock, Arkansas).
  • Administration of Recruitment processes, Hiring procedures, contracts, as well as induction process(New Hires).
  • Recruitment process activities as: posting job ads, filtering applications, scheduling interviews, assisting in interview process and drafting offer letters.
  • Identification of training needs.
  • Identification and management of benefit programs for all the staff.
  • Organize annual teambuilding activities to motivate staff and strengthen the labor climate of the organization.
  • Maintained human resources information system and kept employee files up to date and accurate.
  • Completed background and reference checks to facilitate hiring and onboarding of employees.
  • Assisted in payroll processing, ensuring accurate compensation for all employees and applicable deductions.
  • Other responsibilities required according the Organizations needs in the administration of the HR area.

Coordinate and Oversee human resource strategies and processes. providing efficient management and office needs, giving reliable advice to managers, leaders and team members,within the organization, to ensure compliance and general identified implementation.

  • Advice in the application of local Labor laws, labor situations and disputes.
  • Ensure the implementation, application and compliance of the company policies and procedures.

Operations Manager:

  • Responsible for the administrative -Operational -Financial system, as well as the general management of the office.
  • Work closely with organizational leadership and board of directors to guide operational strategy.
  • Support to the board directors to obtain the necessary support resources according to the requirements of the regional Headquarters.
  • General office Maintenance
  • Coordinate the logistics of the equipment & furniture purchasing. Maintenance of work stations as well as other requirements.
  • Control of safety regulations, and maintenance of safety standards, prevention of accidents at work.
  • Any other required duties.
