In my professional life I have gained experience in several areas, among them finance and operations, but the area of my interest and strength has been Human Resources, an important area in any company that manages personnel, where the specific interest is to achieve a balance between the identification of the personnel to be hired, their induction at work, their welfare, their orientation in their work performance, implementation of internal policies and regulations so that they are able to perform their duties in the best possible way.
1.-Management of the HR Area, ensuring the implementation of HR Strategies, policies, and policies according to the organization goals.
2.-General Support and advice on organizational restructuring, during the organization transition period.
3.- Recruitment processes.
4.-Advice in Termination and organizational changes-transition management.
5.- Administration of Personnel Annual leaves, Vacation, Sick leaves, among others.
6.-Seek for Medical Insurance(Private Health care-accidents) as benefit for employees.
7.- Elaboration of Contracts according to Labor local laws.
8.- Advice personnel and authorities about labor local laws procedures and policies, managed in the Ministry of Labor(Honduras & Guatemala).
9.-Manage Termination Processes.
10.-Administration of Monthly Payroll.
11.-Coordinate (Team Work) with other areas, cross functional collaboration, in order to follow the organizations vision and mission.
12.-Motivational Activities/Trainings, creating a good labor environment.
13.- Global Human Resource management, among others, required, according to the organizations general needs as well as the restructuring process.
The Human Resource area was organized from scratch,since the mentioned area was not formally formed before(Previously managed by the Operations Manager). A general Diagnosis was carried out, with the different departments,individual meetings with staff, review of existing processes, type of contracts, recruitment processes, international(national) policies, employee files, among others. Carrying a transparent and confidential process.
