As a Junior Trader in a coffee exporter my responsibilities consisted in managing new sales contracts with clients, as well as the respective purchase contract when required. I analyze our position daily to ensure we are neither short or long regarding our inventory and assess it against the market price. I assist the Senior Trader with meetings, reports, inventory requirements, and audit preparations.

• Contributed to the improvement of internal procedures by identifying areas for optimization within existing workflows related to trading activities.

• Managed trade execution processes efficiently to minimize slippage and transaction costs, optimizing overall profitability.

Managed reports and creation of new locations for deliveries and trips. Utilized satellite softwares and tools such as Excel to display any discrepancies in truck locations and made thorough investigations to see if truck satellites were working.
